After 15+ years in the mortgage industry, I kept seeing the same problem: borrowers going to one bank, getting one rate, and assuming that was the best they could do. Most people don't realize how much rates and fees vary between lenders — sometimes by thousands of dollars.

That's why I built Better Offers. As a broker, I'm not tied to one bank. I compare available loan options and wholesale channels to find the most competitive terms for each borrower's specific situation. A first-time buyer in Fresno and a DSCR investor in San Diego need completely different loan programs — and I know where to find the best deal for both.

I'll tell you straight: if refinancing doesn't make sense for your situation right now, I'll say so. If a HELOC is a better move than a cash-out refi, I'll explain why. My job is to save you money, not to push a loan you don't need.
